Cascade Timber Consulting, Inc. is a private consulting firm that manages 145,000 acres of timberland in Linn County. Our goal of sustainable forestry is practiced in all of our activities. This management has provided timber, jobs, and support for the community while protecting the environment since 1917. With a multitude of disciplines from timberland management and marketing to land surveying, we will provide you with the professional services you need to get the job done right.

Cascade Timber Consulting, Inc. welcomes responsible hunters and visitors onto its forest land. Only walk-ins are allowed at this time. There will be some other gates open for official CTC business, so stay out of open gate roads to active operations and keep clear of all active CTC operations. No Smoking, No Camping and No Campfires. Fire Season is in effect. If you see a column of smoke please call 911 or Oregon Department of Forestry at 541-367-6108. Please do not block gate access. Please be respectful of adjoining property owners. Enjoy yourself and be safe.

NOTICE: No thermal devices allowed on CTC managed property. Violation may result in being trespassed from the property!
